Case Studies

Azhar

Two of our youth volunteers, Azhar Khan aged 23 and Madeleine Osei-Baffoe aged 17, have been giving a lot of time and effort into volunteering. They have both achieved the v Thank You certificate for one-off volunteering events and exceptional volunteering, and the v50 Award for 50 hours of volunteering which they will receive at a future Awards Ceremony from the Mayor of Merton.

They are both working towards their vImpact Award for 100 hours of volunteering. Madeleine has just started at university where she is studying engineering.

After initially finding a job as an Assistant Youth Volunteer Advisor, Azhar has now started in a post with us, working on our youth and disability projects. We congratulate their success. They both continue to volunteer.

And there's more!   Read Kathleen and Neco's stories.
