Welcome to Volunteer Centre

VCM has merged with Voluntary Service Council

Following a unanimous decision by both of our boards, we are delighted to announce that as of Monday 30th June Volunteer Centre has merged into Merton Voluntary Service Council. We now provide a single point of entry for individuals, voluntary sector groups and volunteers to access high quality, integrated services and advice about volunteering and organisational development. mvsc.co.uk

MVSC to launch new community cafe in Merton

Please join us for a special launch event on Thursday 11th December 2014, where we will be launching The Avanti Club, a new initiative working to connect people experiencing mental health difficulties to each other for peer support, as well as to the wider community. The launch event is taking place to mark a new and exciting weekly community café. Join us at 4pm at the New Horizon Community Centre in Pollards Hill, as we open the Avanti Club Café and celebrate this new initiative with tea, coffee and cake.

Fayre and Square

If you’re planning a trip to Centre Court Shopping Centre in Wimbledon then please come and see us in our Fayre & Square shop. Shop for a wide range of arts and crafts products made by local artisans and enquire about volunteering opportunities in the community. Open Wednesdays, Thursdays and some weekends.
